Will my deal show the correct price and details?
Geno parses your message and sends you a confirmation on WhatsApp showing exactly what will be listed. If anything looks wrong, reply EDIT and we'll fix it before publishing. You stay in control.
How do consumers book?
Consumers see your deal on Genoti and can book directly. They pay at your venue: no online payment, no commission deducted. You get the full amount from the customer, in person.
When does my deal expire?
Geno reads your message for timing. "Today only" expires at end of day. "This weekend" expires Sunday night. If no time is mentioned, we default to 48 hours. You can change this by replying EXTEND or END on WhatsApp.
Can I stop anytime?
